Easy step-by-step process
We want to keep the process as easy and enjoyable as we can. If you need help during any step, please contact us.
Step 1
Decide on the memory you want to recreate in your video.
Step 2
Purchase your memory. After purchase you will receive an email with 8 to 10 questions we will ask during the Memory Recall session.
Step 3
Gather pictures, articles or other documents that will help us create your Memory Video.
Step 4
Schedule your Memory Recall session. It will be an online video call. During your session we will ask for as many details as you can remember.
Step 5
We will provide a draft video within 5 business days. You can request changes to the video before you receive the final version.
